    I was flying from SLC to Boston not to long ago and I left my phone on the plane. Instead of waiting for me to realize it, I got off the plane and immediately the gate attendant got over the loud speaker and made mention that I had forgot my phone. I thought that was such incredible service. Not to mention I was very happy not having to deal with all the bureaucracy that goes into retrieving a lost item. Great service! More...
